Upon booking a party, you'll receive a waiver link with your initial purchase receipt. Feel free to share this link with fellow parents attending the party, and once completed, the waiver will be automatically sent back to us. To streamline the check-in process, we kindly request that all waivers be signed before attending. For walk-ins, waivers can be conveniently signed at the facility. If you require additional copies, please email us at info@maxxgames.ca, and we'll be happy to assist!

We recommend 5 as a minimum age but we invite younger players to join in on the fun as long as they are able and have a completed waiver. There are minimum height restrictions of 42 inches on some of the inflatable rides. 

Complimentary entry is provided for non-participating parents, with a maximum of 8 parents per group. However, any number exceeding 8 parents will be subject to an entrance fee due to limited space and the need for additional tables. Please ensure advanced notice for all attending parents.

At Maxxgames, we are delighted to host up to 8 parties during each two-hour time slot. We appreciate the enthusiasm and support from all parents attending these special occasions. However, we kindly request your assistance in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

On certain occasions, we have encountered situations where the number of parents attending exceeds the number of children, leading to challenges for our staff and potential capacity issues. To better accommodate such instances, we kindly ask for your cooperation in notifying us in advance if there will be extra parents in attendance. This allows us to make the necessary preparations, including setting up additional tables, to ensure a seamless experience for all.

In an effort to avoid any last-minute surprises and to enhance the overall experience for our guests, we kindly request that you inform us of any changes or additional attendees ahead of time.

Additionally, we have encountered challenges with reserved tables being unintentionally taken by other parties. This has resulted in delays for newly arriving parties as we work swiftly to set up, dress, and arrange chairs for these tables. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that reserved tables are respected, allowing us to maintain a well-organized and enjoyable environment for all our guests.

You are welcome to bring a Individual metal canteen/tumbler with  a lid for water. In fact, we recommend it!  Due to Mega Dome rules, no other outside food is permitted.  With the purchase of the MaxxGames Mega Dome Party, organizers are permitted to bring their own cake or cupcakes. Please note that we do not have a fridge or freezer onsite. 

MaxxGames rents field time in the Ottawa Mega Dome to host birthday parties year-round. Our contract permits only cake, cupcakes, and pizza to be consumed at the tables on the sidelines of the facility. Individual metal canteens/tumblers with lids for water are allowed, and we provide a refill station. The Mega Dome has indoor turf that is difficult to clean when stained. Therefore, no outside food is permitted, including gum, chips, popcorn, candy, chocolate, soda, or any other food items. Cases of water, soda, and juice boxes are also prohibited.

Party tables are yours for the duration of two hours. It includes, Table cloth, plates, cutlery. napkins. Please bring your own cake knife. 

Socks are a must, while shoes are optional. For certain inflatable rides, please remove shoes, glasses, and any sharp objects before hopping on. Bare feet are not allowed for safety reasons.

Kids will be playing in socks for most of the time, so each child only needs to bring one pair of shoes for entering and leaving the facility.

 We are located inside the Ottawa Mega Dome: 5315 Abbott Street East, Ottawa, On K2S1E7 Next to Paul-Desmarais High School in Stittsville off Iber Road.
